Run 4 races.
Complete 10Km New Balance Run in 45mins.
Complete Half-Marathon in 1.45 hr.
Complete Full-Marathon in 3.45 hr.

Get both NCAP Theory 1 and Practical 1 for Track and Field.
Pass Driving Theory.

!~Long Journey Long Run~!

hahas! just came back from a long run.. feel good, perfect condition, tired and LOVE IT!

okay, slack at home watch anime til 6 than head to jurong point find rachel to collect things, than wait wait wait till 10pm + than go back, so board the MRT to woodland and go off the train.

WHY!, not live at sembawang meh?

yaya, i live in sembawang so i from woodland run back sembawang =D

someone will say: - siao ar!, so late still run.
- very dangerous leh, so late liao
- not scare meh? (actually very scare)

hahas!, if wan to answer all those question i can't. normally i will say: for training ^^ but hor is not, the true answer is.. run at night feel better than morning/afternoon. so finish the whole run in 27mins! NEW RECORD! *clap clap*

Person A: so how you run so fast? or how can you run such a long distance?
Answer: Okay, actually there are some tips i can share.

First: Imaging you are chasing your dream.
( a P.E Teacher and Open a Mini Cafe)
Second: imaging your love ones are in-front supporting you.
(as for me, it will be______)
Third: Train, Train, Train, Train and TRAIN! (No hard work = No Result)
Fourth: PASSION!

ya, thats my tip for running. LOL!, i know its not much and not really useful but this is how i conquer Half-Marathon and GOING to conquer Full and Ultra-Marathon. ^^
